Letters/phone calls:
Unlimited phone calls and letters written on your behalf. (Stop harassing phone calls from creditors, get a neighbor to stop putting trash in your yard, etc.)

Legal Document Review: (up to 10 pages)

You have an unlimited number of personal documents reviewed by your Provider Law Firm. Your Provider Law Firm will analyze the documents and suggest changes for your benefit before you sign. (Have you ever been sued by an apartment complex because of something in the contract that you did understand? Ever been charged unexpectedly on your cell phone service? Been a victim of a used car scam? Considering the purchase of a new car? Renting out your home? A new investor? We will review your legal documents to help protect the decisions that could harm you later.)

Wills Preparation and updates:
With your membership, we will provide a will for you and your spouse (or significant other) at no charge.

We will update your will annually at no charge (even existing wills).

We will also provide a living will for you and your spouse, or significant other.

Motor Vehicle Legal Services

Assistance with moving traffic violations

Assistance with certain motor vehicle related criminal charges

Up to 2.5 hours for help with: Drivers license assistance and Personal injury/property damage collection assistance of $2000 or less

Trial Defense

Your provider law firm will assist you in the defense of civil suits and job related criminal charges. Scheduled benefits increase to a maximum each year and stop at the 5th year (300 on standard plans -335 hours on expanded plans, see below)


IRS Audit Service

Scheduled benefits up to 50 hours of professional services from your provider law firm, including 3.5 hours of pretrial time.


Preferred Member Discount
Any other legal services not otherwise covered by the membership are available at a 25% discount from the Provider Law Firm’s standard or corporate hourly rate.

Legal Shield:

The legal shield provides you with 24-hour access to a toll free number for LAWYER assistance if you are arrested or detained. The Legal Shield is easy to use and something that no one should do without. A quick call to the toll free number puts you in touch with the Corporate Office who will then put you in contact with your Provider Law Firm.

There are 2 plans for individuals or as an employee group benefit.

For an individual:

Standard Plan: $19/month (with 50-300 hours of defense)

Expanded Plan: $26/month (with 75-335 hours of defense)

For employee group members: $3.60/week


Specialty plans:
We also offer many specialty plans for real estate, small and big business, teachers, commercial drivers, foster parents, law officers and many others, call for details.
